At Healthy Bodies Physiotherapy, we pride ourselves on the broad-based experience of our team of practitioners, who provide individualised solutions for many simple and complex conditions.
While we treat patients of all ages including children and the elderly, many of our patients fall into the category of those in their 20s-40s with musculoskeletal conditions or sporting injuries.
Our entire team is registered with their respective professional bodies e.g. Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), so you can be assured that you are receiving treatment only from the utmost qualified professionals who are bound by their codes of conduct.

Chris Seville
Physiotherapist
Chris has worked in private practice around Melbourne as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist since commencing his career in 2008. Between 2011 and 2017 he worked at Collingwood Football Club as Team Physiotherapist and Strength Program Co-ordinator.
Qualified with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science majoring in Anatomy and Exercise, Chris worked as part of the Monash University Physiotherapy teaching faculty at between 2010 and 2014. During his time working at Monash University he facilitated the development of the 3rd year curriculum, taught anatomy and physiotherapy treatment and assessment techniques and collaborated on a published research article**. He has also lectured at the Australian Physiotherapy Association Graduate Group Lecture Series.
Chris has been success in the sport of Powerlifting as both a coach and lifter and has won 3 Australian championships (2009, 2010, 2012), an Oceania Championship (2010) and represented Australia at the World Championships (2012). He is the current U/83kg Australian Squat Record holder (290Kg).

Todd Anderson
Physiotherapist
Todd graduated from Monash University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist. Prior to this Todd also completed an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy & Health Science.
Todd has worked in a variety of private practice roles, both in Australia and overseas and is an official Tour Physiotherapist for Athletics Australia. He is also a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and Sports Medicine Australia.
Todd has a keen interest in all musculoskeletal conditions and consults on a variety of common everyday presentations. His athletics background also allows him to treat specific running related injuries in both adults and adolescents.
Todd uses a combination of manual therapy and exercise to develop effective treatment programs for both clinic and home exercise programs.
Outside of work, you’ll find Todd in the gym, or spending time with family and friends on the Peninsula.
George Antoniou
Physiotherapist
With a thirst for knowledge, George has achieved his Bachelor of Exercise and Sport science (majoring in Sports Nutrition and Exercise Physiology) at Deakin University, Bachelor of Health Science (majoring in Anatomy and Physiology) at Latrobe University (finishing as the highest-ranked student in the course), and Masters of Physiotherapy at Latrobe University, where he was actively involved in mentoring physiotherapy students in both anatomy and physiology. He has also recently become a GLA:D accredited provider, an initiative designed to improve symptoms for those with hip or knee osteoarthritis.
George has a wealth of sporting experience having worked with Melbourne Victory women’s team in 2017 and 2018 and has worked in the Southern Football League with Highett Football Club. He is currently the head Physiotherapist for Ormond Football club (Victorian Amateur Football Association).
George prides himself on his exercise knowledge and his ability to empower people from all walks of life to reach their full potential. He is also fluent in the Greek language.
Having competed in high level soccer and cross country for over 10 years, he now enjoys attending sporting events, participating in martial arts, as well as reading inspirational stories and auto-biographies.
Mel Prior
Physiotherapist
Mel comes to us having completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Monash University, having already achieved a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science with Distinction at Deakin University and a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Evolve College. Mel has a wealth of sporting experience working alongside the head physiotherapists at Melbourne Boomers, Dandenong Rangers and Southside Flyers Women’s National Basketball League (WNBL) teams. This involved mentoring from the current Australian Opals physiotherapist as well as past and present Australian Diamonds and Opals massage therapists.
In addition to her main interest of basketball, where she has competed at the national level, Mel has also competed in high level swimming, rowing, volleyball and athletics. Her experience with her own injuries growing up sparked her love for physiotherapy and the desire to help others as she had been.
Mel enjoys going to the gym, travelling, drawing, writing and spending time with friends. She is passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles, empowering patients to be the best version of themselves through evidence-based treatment and is looking forward to progressing her knowledge and furthering her scope of practice.
Ebony Chan
Physiotherapist
Ebony graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Monash University and initially worked in hospital settings, currently at St Vincent’s Hospital, where she handles orthopaedics, oncology, plastics, and rheumatology. Seeking a career in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, she joined Healthy Bodies Physiotherapy and is pursuing a Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy.
A former competitive swimmer with experience in Victorian and Australian squads, Ebony has worked with NPL and State 1 soccer teams and is the Competition Physiotherapist for the Victorian Netball League (VNL).
She is also involved in clinical education, mentoring junior staff and supervising physiotherapy students. Her diverse roles give her a thorough understanding of patient care, aiding in effective rehabilitation and patient empowerment. Outside work, she stays active through swimming, gym, running, and snowboarding, and values time with family and friends.
Holly Clayton
Physiotherapist
Holly graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy with Distinction from The University of Melbourne. Prior to this she completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (majoring in Exercise Physiology) at Deakin University. From her education, she has attained a wealth of knowledge and experience in numerous clinical settings including, musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, paediatrics and geriatrics.
Holly loves to maintain an active lifestyle, with regular resistance training, Pilates, and plays social netball. Over the summer Holly likes to compete in triathlons. She also competed competitively in athletics throughout her school years, with a particular interest in sprints and jumps.
Further immersing herself in sport, Holly is currently the head physiotherapist for Oakleigh Amateur Football Club where she provides injury assessment and management and assists in game day preparation.
Holly aims to manage her patients holistically to improve their function, wellbeing and get them back to doing what they love. She stays up to date with the latest physiotherapy evidence to provide her patients with evidence-based treatment and empowers them through education and exercise prescription.
Theo Panagiotopoulos
Physiotherapist
Theo is a graduate of La Trobe University with a double degree in Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy. He currently works as a physiotherapist here at Healthy Bodies, where he brings a strong clinical foundation and a genuine passion for helping people move better and live pain-free. Alongside his work in the clinic, Theo also serves as the Head Physiotherapist at St Bedes/Mentone Football Club, combining his love for sport with hands-on experience in athletic performance and rehabilitation.
With a background as a long-time Aussie Rules football player, Theo has a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport. He’s passionate about injury prevention, tailored rehabilitation, and supporting athletes in their return to peak performance through evidence-based practice and functional movement training. Fluent in Greek, Theo also takes pride in building inclusive, culturally respectful relationships with clients from all walks of life, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone he treats.
Ben Cooper
Physiotherapist
Ben completed his Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2017. Following completion, Ben was employed by Victoria University as a research exercise scientist. Within Ben’s undergraduate studies he developed an affinity for clinical practice which led him to undertake a post-graduate Masters in Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation.
Ben has always been heavily involved in sport form a young age and has represented Australia at two indoor cricket World Cups; South Africa in 2012 and New Zealand in 2014. Ben is still heavily involved in sport today playing both football and cricket in their respective seasons and has taken on the role of assistant coach at Bentleigh Football Clubs’ Under 19s team.
Despite his sporting background Ben’s interests are not only involved with athletes. Ben is also passionate about promoting exercise and a healthy lifestyle in those of all ages and abilities as well as aiding in restoring optimal function to those of the wider community.
Ben Lewis
Exercise Physiologist
Ben has always had a passion for exercise, understanding the body and helping people. This brought him to start his career in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer where he worked for 10 years. After working with people from a vast range of backgrounds and abilities he decided to progress his knowledge and skillset and completed his Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2019 and following that a Masters of Clinical Exercise and Rehabilitation.
Ben grew up playing a variety of sports including swimming tennis and soccer, but is now focused on being a competitive bodybuilder. most recently winning a Victorian title in 2022 in the International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation.
Ben enjoys building good relationships and aims to help people of all ages and abilities to improve their strength, health and function by providing exercise-based interventions, supported by the latest clinical evidence and regularly attends professional development to keep up with the newest research.
April Cox
Dietitian
April is a passionate dietitian who combines her love of sport and expertise in nutrition to help clients achieve balance and healthier, more active lives. She focuses on sustainable habits and personalised strategies, empowering individuals to thrive.
After completing a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition at Deakin University (2014) and a Masters of Dietetics (2016), April pursued further studies in Sports Dietetics at the Australian Institute of Sport and Paediatric Nutrition at the Royal Children’s Hospital.
April has worked with elite athletes, including roles as Dietitian for Richmond Football Club (2018–2020) and Senior Dietitian at Hawthorn Football Club (2020–2022). She also teaches at RMIT University and runs nutrition workshops for athletes and their families.
As well as sports dietetics, April has experience in achieving body composition goals, supplements (sporting and deficiency correcting), diabetes and cardiovascular disease management, paediatrics, oncology nutrition support, nutrition support and tube feeding.
Outside work, April enjoys CrossFit, cooking, farmers markets, and beach walks with her dog. Her greatest joys are spending time with her two daughters and catching up with friends over coffee.
Kai Hui Tan
Dietitian
Kai has been working in private practice around Melbourne as a accredited practicing dietitian since 2016. She graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetics).
Having a special interest in diabetes management, Kai enjoys running group diabetes education and also providing individual consultation to improve their quality of life. She has also further her studies and completed a Graduate Certificate of Diabetes Education and Bachelor of Nursing to provide evidence based practice.
Apart from diabetes management, Kai has also helped many individuals with irritable bowel syndrome, high cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, food intolerance, bowel obstruction, coeliac disease, diverticulitis, vitamin and mineral deficiency.
